Paintale Refund Policy

Effective date: January 17, 2026

We want you to love Paintale. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

1. Trial period

If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

2. Subscription refunds

If you are billed and request a refund within 30 days of the first charge, we will issue a full refund. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
